At VDM the Label, we want you to feel confident and empowered in your swimwear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for store credit or size exchanges on all full-priced items. Please ensure all garments remain in their original condition with hygiene liners and tags firmly attached.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the hygiene seal is intact and the garment is unwashed and unworn.

Ship It Back

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Credit

Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your store credit or exchange confirmation will be emailed to you within 5-7 business days.
