How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within Australia, while international orders can take between 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

What is your return policy?

We offer returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all hygiene liners and tags still attached.

How do I care for my VDM swimwear?

To keep your pieces in top condition, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a mild detergent immediately after use. Avoid rough surfaces, bleaching, tumble drying, or ironing.

Are your products sustainably made?

Yes, sustainability is at our core. We use high-quality recycled materials, such as ECONYL® regenerated nylon, to reduce waste and protect our oceans while maintaining premium style.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we can only make changes if the order has not yet been fulfilled. Please contact our support team immediately with your order number.
